* Engraving adds 1-2 additional business days to processing time
* Weekend orders begin processing on the next business day
Urgent Orders
We understand that some situations require faster delivery:
* Requests for processing faster than our standard 2-3 business days may incur additional shipping and handling fees
* While we will attempt to expedite urgent orders, we cannot guarantee faster processing
* For time-sensitive orders that can accommodate standard processing, we recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout
* Please note urgent needs in the order notes during checkout
* Holiday schedules may cause additional delays of up to 2 days

3. Retain damaged items and original shipping carton
4. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt
5. We will arrange for return or disposal of damaged items
6. Items will be replaced at no additional charge or refunded
